Healthy Body Reboot Week 3

Well, I’ve started my third week of my healthy body reboot with a 100% fresh vegetable diet.  I’m doing a 75/25 split of juicing and eating fresh vegetables.  This plan continues to work for me so I’m sticking with it.

My Routine

healthy bodyI’ve didn’t lose any weight this past week; total weight lost is still 3 pounds but my waist has dropped 4 inches. Yep, I couldn’t believe it either.

I still struggle with being hungry but I try not to think about it as much.  I’ve forced my husband on the all vegetable diet as well by not cooking anything else…LOL!

Christmas is Sunday and I know it will be a challenge but I will get though it just fine.  I’m actually glad I’m doing this juice diet over the holidays since it will help to me not stuff my face with all of the amazing dishes that I know will be on the dinner table. My husband and son have volunteered to do all of the cooking so I don’t have to spend the day in the kitchen looking at food I cannot eat.

I know the next thing I need to do is get back to exercising.  There is no substitute and I just need to do it.

This week went well and I have only 17 more days to go!
