STOP trying to live a problem free life. That’s exactly what God was telling Moses, right before he faced off with Pharaoh.

Exodus 7:1-5, “And the Lord said unto Moses, see I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet. “Thou shalt speak all that I command thee:” and Aaron thy brother shall speak unto Pharaoh, that he send the children of Israel out of his land. And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt. “But Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you, that I may lay my hand upon Egypt, and bring forth mine armies, and my people the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by great judgments.” And the Egyptians shall know that “I am the Lord,” when I stretch forth mine hand upon Egypt, and bring out the children of Israel from among them.”

Paula’s Translation:  You’re going to have some problems Moses.  But don’t let the problems with Pharaoh overtake you.  Pharaoh is going to fight you every step of the way but that’s ok, you’ve got Me so when you’ve done all you can, just “STAND”.  I’ll stretch my hand over the situation and when I’m done they will know it was Me that did this.  I want Pharaoh and my children to think there’s no way out.  I’ve made you a god (little “g”) to Pharaoh and your deeds are small compared to mine. I did that so when I stretch my hand they will see my amazing signs and wonders and then they will know it was Me, God (big “G”).

Problems are just part of His master plan, design and strategy. All problems, challenges, hurts and disappointments present muscle flexing moments for God. There’s no escaping them.  No getting around them.  No hiding from them. There’s only one way to deal with a problem and that’s through God.  God loves problems because there’s nothing He can’t conquer.  Did you catch that…when you know there’s nothing you can’t do problems don’t concern you.

We must change the way we think…problems are meant to be conquered.  That’s why problems exist.  Remember, everything is the opposite of what it was, problems don’t overtake us WE OVERTAKE PROBLEMS!
